Scope of supply

EvoglissHEAVYgripper was designed and build to satisfy the most demanding requirements for heavy environments palletizing application with the aid of a robot, for products with irregular shape or which cannot be handled with vacuum:

- Glued boxes, fragile boxes, unsealed boxes
- containers
- rigid products, irregular shape - etc…

Main Features:

  • Available in these versions:
  • Standard for handling boxes, with one or two zones
  • For handling boxes and interlayer cardboard 
  • Shipped ready for use with the required robot model
  • The sliding system, on which the gripper is based, allows handling of easily deformable boxes without any damage
  • For each transported box, there is a system consisted of a pneumatic operated flange which  stabilize the box during handling
  • Reed sensors for confirming cylinders positions
  • Optimized for ABB palletizing robots
  • Usually this gripper must be ordered with a system that lifts the boxes from the conveyor

- Able to do more than 10 cycles per minute, depending robot type and distance.
- Maximum weight:
- 95-100 Kg for 2 zones gripper, depending the optionals
- Mobile arm stroke: 0 mm – 320 mm
- Air pressure: 3-6 bar
- Cables allow gripper rotation with +/- 180 degrees
