Key Features

 The magazine was designed for cardboard sheets with standard dimensions of 1200 mm x 800 mm, with adjustable side guides that also allows the use of the cardboard sheets with variable length between 1350 mm to 1150 mm and width between 950 mm and 300 mm.

Standard Features:

  • brushes on side blades for detaching the sheets on pick-up
  • optical photo sensor for checking the maximum stack height
  • optical photo sensor for empty magazine

 

Standard product is available in two versions:

Fixed cardboard sheets magazine for floor mounting
   Mobile cardboard sheets magazine with polyurethane wheels      

Technical Features:

  • Steel body made of square profile of 50 mm, 3 mm thick.
  • Steel profiles are welded and electrostatic painted (RAL colors)
  • Very robust, with an approx. weight of 170 Kg
  • Standard capacity of 150 cardboard sheets (1200mm x 800mm, 4 mm thickness)
  • Other materials and dimensions on request
  • The mobile version of the magazine include also floor mounting brackets which defines the working position and allows quick change over of the empty magazine with a full one (minimum time for sheets infeed)
  • The mobile version of the magazine is equipped with swivel castors with “stop-fix” brake, covered in polyurethane, which doesn’t leave marks on the floor
