Project Management

The project management continues to be an essential function within all organizations. Almost any products, service, system and new technology must be introduced and implemented by means of a formal project management process.

The projects have clearly defined objectives that must be achieved in certain time period and with a predefined cost. 
The main challenge of each project is to achieve all the objectives, by following the imposed constraints: 
- the deadline
- the budget
- the performance of achieving the objective

Within the Evotech Company, each project has an assigned Project Manager which will permanently keep in touch with you, in order to inform you about the status of the project. 
You will have access to the planning document elaborated by using Microsoft Project, so that you can monitor the fazes of the project, the deadlines, the budget and the assigned resources.
